Foundations

Purpose:

• To promote special achievements by young people from the municipality of Vaduz, such as diploma theses, work by school classes, study visits abroad or the organization of competitions
   

Beneficiaries:

• Children and young people up to the age of 30 who have lived in Vaduz for at least 5 years and Vaduz institutions with an educational mandate that include this group of people
   

Purpose:

• Construction, maintenance and operation of a hospital, retirement or nursing home in Vaduz
   

Purpose:

• To promote music and singing in Vaduz
• Management of the foundation's assets and the use of the foundation's income and assets for the beneficiaries

Beneficiaries:

• Pupils for musical education
• Youth orchestras and choirs for special activities
• Students at conservatories for special activities
• Singing and music associations for special activities
   

Purpose: To make donations to the needy in cases of special need, especially

• for the payment of medical expenses
• for the costs of educational and nursing homes
• for spa and recreational stays for mothers and/or fathers with underage children
• to associations and institutions that are active in the social field

Beneficiaries:

• Citizens of the municipality of Vaduz
• Liechtenstein citizens who have lived in Vaduz for at least two years
• Foreigners with the right of residence in Liechtenstein and who have lived in Vaduz for at least two years
• Associations and institutions that are active in the social field
   

Purpose:

• To promote and support the education and training of gifted children and young people

Beneficiaries:

• Liechtenstein citizens
• Persons resident in Liechtenstein
• Persons who are studying at a Liechtenstein educational institution
   

The municipalities of Schaan and Vaduz together form the Supervisory Board, which elects the members of the Board of Trustees and the supervisory body in line with the term of office of the municipal council.

Purpose:

• Construction, maintenance and operation of a youth hostel
   

The St. Anna Foundation was established by the municipality of Vaduz in honor of His Serene Highness Prince Franz Josef II.

Purpose:

• To support and promote special causes, particularly in the ecclesiastical, social and cultural fields
   

Beneficiaries:

• Individuals, institutions and projects in Liechtenstein and the region
   

Purpose:

• To collect data and documentation material in the interests of genealogical research and family chronicles
• Establishment and administration of a corresponding database
