Organization and processes
The Organization and Processes department is responsible for the coordination and implementation of IT, digitalization and organizational projects in the municipality of Vaduz. Together with the various departments of the municipal administration, it develops optimization options in the structural and process organization and coordinates their implementation. She also acts as a point of contact for the Liechtenstein municipalities, external IT partners and other interest groups.
