Municipal office
The employees of the municipal office support the mayor in her function as chairperson of the municipal council and the administration. They are responsible for conducting elections and votes. The municipal office organizes municipal council meetings, coordinates and sends out motions. The employees are responsible for the protocoll management and administration in various commissions, foundations and working groups. In the area of public relations, press conferences are organized, media releases are prepared and sent out, and the homepage, Facebook page, municipal channel, municipal app and LED display boards are managed. The municipal office is also responsible for data protection, management support for governing bodies of the municipalities of Liechtenstein (FOG Liechtenstein) and the secretariat of the Conference of Mayors of municipalities.
