Christmas campaign 2024

Once again this year, the municipal council has supported not only all Vaduz households, but also various charitable organizations from Liechtenstein as part of the 2024 Christmas campaign. Mayor Florian Meier presented a symbolic cheque with a total value of CHF 300,000.00 to the Liechtenstein Red Cross, Caritas Liechtenstein, the association ROKJ Rheintal-Liechtenstein and the association Hilfe für Kinder in Kambodscha, Ruggell at the town hall yesterday.

"Once again this year, the municipal council has decided to support charitable organizations as part of the Christmas campaign. The decision is an expression of our shared desire to not only share joy during the Christmas season, but also to provide support to those who urgently need it," explained Mayor Florian Meier. He expressed his appreciation to the organizations for their efforts: "Through your tireless efforts and your significant work, you make it possible for people in need to receive help. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your commitment to the well-being of our society is invaluable."

Those present were delighted with the generous donation.
