The Office for Building and Infrastructure of the Principality of Liechtenstein and the municipal building administration provide advice on planning and building.
Legal basis
The Building Act regulates the construction, alteration, demolition, maintenance and use of buildings and facilities. The municipalities issue a zoning plan and building regulations for their municipal area, which regulate the building and design regulations and the permitted use.
Building application forms
The building regulations and planning application forms are available online from the Office for Building and Infrastructure.
